Thank you for reading my profile.
I like to take the opportunity to share with you some personal pointers to increasing your chances of succeeding in today's market

Consider building a solid foundation in the following,
(i) Controlling your downside (losses) rigorously is a major part of trading. Not doing so is gambling.
(ii) Controlling your emotions when trading, as a clear mind allows you to see things as they are, and not how you wish them to be. (e.g. being in denial)
(iii) Earnestly addressing your personal bad traits (e.g. impulsiveness, compulsiveness, stubbornness etc), then suppress them quickly each time you notice their presence surfacing.
(iv) Stay vigilant at all times on your open positions. Refrain from establishing > 5 positions at any one time as this may tire one out mentally and emotionally, resulting in irrational decision-making as fatigue sink in.
(v) Always have a game plan, e.g. if it does not work-out after 2 - 3 days, its time to bail-out. Re-evaluate what went wrong while on the sidelines, this helps one to stay impartial during these evaluation rituals. Taking notes for future reference is strongly encouraged.
If you can master these few points above, the upside in trading will take care of itself; where the market does all the work and you need only to ride on it until the party ends.
It is natural to stay hopeful in life, however when dealing with the market, that can be a recipe for disaster as i have learnt many times over.
