China Fibretech Ltd. is a China-based investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the provision of dyeing and post-processing treatment services for cotton, polyester (including spandex) and mixed knitted fabrics. The Company's customers are fabric trading companies and garment producers located in the Fujian Province, People's Republic of China (PRC), whose products are primarily sold in the PRC domestic market. The Company's post-processing treatment imparts functionalities, such as water and fire-resistance, ultra violet (UV)-protection, moisture wicking, anti-static and antibacterial properties and enables it to produce velvet and polar fleece fabric. The Company's subsidiaries include Shishi Simwa Knitting and Dyeing Co., Ltd (Shishi Simwa) and Xiamen Sunny Dyeing and Printing Co., Ltd (Xiamen Sunny).
