The Company�s Distribution segment consists primarily of its wholly owned subsidiary, Spartan Stores Distribution, LLC. The Company operates its Retail segment through its wholly owned subsidiary, Seaway Food Town, Inc. and its subsidiaries. In November 2013, the Company acquired Nash Finch Co.
