PLS Plantations Berhad (formerly known as Pembinaan Limbongan Setia Berhad) was incorporated in 1987 through active Bumiputera participation in meeting Government's aspiration and challenges of the construction industry. PLS, however had established its experience in the same field since 1970's through active involvement of their key personnel in Yupoh Construction & Trading Sdn Bhd. With its good track record, PLS has gained recognition from various statutory bodies, which eventually listed on Second Board of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa) in 1994.
