Our Company was incorporated in Malaysia on 21 October 2005. Our Group completed a restructuring in March 2006, where JCY acquired all of the operating assets and inventories owned by the Predecessor Group, excluding all of their liabilities and certain of their specified assets (such as non-core assets, accounts receivable and cash) and entered into new agreements from 1 April 2006 with all of the Predecessor Group’s customers and suppliers. Our Group commenced our business using the operating assets and inventories we acquired pursuant to this restructuring.
