Negri Sembilan Oil Palms Berhad ('NSOP') was incorporated as a limited company in Malaysia under the Companies Enactment 1917 on 30 March 1928 under the name of Negri Sembilan Oil Palms Limited. On 6 August 1968, it was converted to a public limited company and assumed its present name. NSOP was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 15 October 1969. The present authorised share capital of NSOP is RM150,000,000 comprising 150,000,000 shares of RM1.00 each. The issued and paid-up share capital of NSOP is RM70,201,962 comprising 70,201,962 ordinary stock units of RM1.00 each.
