The Land Development segment is engaged in the development of land infrastructure and the construction of ancillary public facilities. The Others segment is engaged in the investment and property management business, as well as the provision of other services, including hotel services and real estate rental and conference services. The Company is also involved in the investment holding, sports management, real estate development, as well as the hospital investment and health consultation business through its subsidiaries.
