Invesco Municipal Premium Income Trust (the Trust) is a diversified, closed-end series management investment company. The Trust�s investment objective is to seek to provide a high level of current income exempt from federal income tax. The Trust will invest at least 80% of its net assets in municipal obligations. The Trust pays an advisory fee to the Invesco Advisers, Inc. based on the annual rate 0.40% of the Trust�s average weekly net assets, including current preferred shares and leverage entered into to retire preferred shares of the Trust. The Trust�s investment advisory is Invesco Advisers, Inc.
