The Company serves a range of the aviation industry, including original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), of commercial, regional, business and military aircraft and aircraft components, as well as commercial and regional airlines and air cargo carriers. The Company offers a range of products and services to the aerospace industry through three groups of operating segments: Triumph Aerostructures Group, whose companies' revenues are derived from the design, manufacture, assembly and integration of metallic and composite aerostructures and structural components for the global aerospace OEM, market; Triumph Aerospace Systems Group, and Triumph Aftermarket Services Group, whose companies serve aircraft fleets. In June 2014, the Company acquired the hydraulic actuation business of GE Aviation.
