The Company�s segments include electric transmission, electric distribution and generation and natural gas distribution. Eversource Energy�s natural gas distribution segment includes Yankee Gas Services Company and NSTAR Gas Company. The Company�s electric distribution segment consists of the distribution businesses of Connecticut Light and Power Company (CL&P), NSTAR Electric Company (NSTAR Electric), Public Service Company of New Hampshire (PSNH) and Western Massachusetts Electric Company (WMECO), which are engaged in the distribution of electricity to retail customers in Connecticut, eastern Massachusetts, New Hampshire and western Massachusetts. In addition, the electric distribution segment operates the regulated electric generation businesses of PSNH and WMECO.
