Shenandoah Telecommunications Company is a diversified telecommunications holding company. The Company through its operating subsidiaries provides both regulated and unregulated telecommunications services to end-user customers and other communications providers Virginia, West Virginia, central Pennsylvania and western Maryland. The Company offers a suite of voice, video and data communications services based on the products and services provided by the Company�s operating subsidiaries. The Company has three segments: Wireless, Cable and Wireline. The Wireless segment provides digital wireless service. The Cable segment provides video, Internet and voice services in Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland. The Wireline segment provides regulated and unregulated voice services, dial-up and digital subscriber line (DSL) Internet access, and long distance access services throughout Shenandoah County and portions of northwestern Augusta County, Virginia.
