Norwood Financial Corp. is the holding company for Wayne Bank. Wayne Bank is a Pennsylvania chartered commercial bank. The Bank is an independent community bank with five offices in Wayne County, three offices in Pike County, five offices in Monroe County and three offices in Lackawanna County. The Bank offers a variety of personal and business credit services and trust and investment products and real estate settlement services to the consumers, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and municipalities in each of the communities that the Bank serves. The Bank primarily serves the Pennsylvania counties of Wayne, Pike, Monroe and Lackawanna and, to a much lesser extent, Susquehanna County. As of December 31, 2011, the Bank operated 16 automated teller machines, one in each of its branch locations. On May 31, 2011, the Company completed its acquisition of North Penn Bancorp, Inc.
