Hailiang Education Group Inc. is a provider of private kindergarten-12 (K-12) educational services in China. The Company, through its affiliated entities, operates three centrally managed schools offering K-12 educational services in Zhuji, Zhejiang province of China. The Company offers its basic educational program and international program at the kindergarten, primary school, middle school and high school levels. The Company's basic educational program offers curricula with courses mandated by the People's Republic of China (the PRC) regulatory authorities, as well as those developed through its own research and development efforts. The Company's international program offers curricula mandated by the PRC regulatory authorities and in addition, provides curricula with a focus on preparing students to study abroad. The Company's affiliated entities include Zhuji Hailiang Foreign Language School, Zhuji Private High School and Tianma Experimental School.
