It operates around 11 call centers in Shandong Province, Hebei Province, Jiangsu Province, Anhui Province, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Chongqing City. In addition to answering inbound calls, or calls initiated by customers purchasing products and services from its clients, the Company also provides outbound cold calling services. The Company's customers include the telecommunications carriers in China and its subsidiaries, such as China Mobile Communications Corporation (China Mobile) and China Telecommunications Corporation (China Telecom).
