Sycal Berhad is an established player in the construction industry having been around since 1980. The Sycal group is now also active in property development, including new townships and also the Hotel & Resort sector. The company is incorporated on 22nd September 1980. It changed its name to Cygal Berhad on 25 January 1994. On 29 March 1995, the company was listed on Second Board of Bursa Malaysia. The company changed its name again to Sycal Berhad on 17 July 2007.
