Previously known as Mega Pascal Berhad, Mulpha Land Berhad is the property arm of Mulpha International Bhd for Malaysia. Listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (BMSB) since 10 June 1997, the company has shareholder's funds of about RM 99.4 million. (As of 3rd August 2009 the company is listed on the Main Market of BMSB.) The Company's focus is on real estate and property-related services, with its primary operations and investments in Malaysia. Over the years, Mulpha Land Berhad has been consistently supporting Mulpha International Bhd's objective to leveraged on its expertise abroad and emulate its international success here to become one of Malaysia's leading industry player. Currently the company has interest in Bukit Punchor, Penang and Desa Aman Project in Kulim, Kedah and Raintree Residence in Ampang and Bangsar as well as Bukit Tunku in Kuala Lumpur.
