Stone Master Corporation Berhad ("SMCB" or "the Company") was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 11 November 1999 as a public limited company under its present name. The Company was successully listed on the Official List of the Second Board of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 1st July 2002. Its existing and fully paid-up shara capital stands at 42,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each as at to date. SMCB is principally a management and an investment holding company and its subsidiaries are primarily engaged in the manufacturing , selling, distribution and trading of dimension stones and related products, ceramic tiles, sanitary wares and contract works within the property development sector in Malaysia.
