Maxwell International Holdings Berhad ("Maxwell") was incorporated on 3 November 2009 under the Malaysian Companies Act 1965 as a public company limited by shares. Maxwell owns 100% of Jinjiang Zhenxing Shoes & Plastics Co Ltd ("Zhenxing Shoes"), a company incorporated in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"). Maxwell is an investment holding company whilst our wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhenxing Shoes, specialises in the design and manufacturing of sports shoes for domestic and overseas customers, which comprise mainly trading houses and brand distributors. The Maxwell Group manufactures sports shoes on an OEM basis (i.e. we manufacture based on the specification and designs provided by our customers) and on an ODM basis (i.e. we design and develop sports shoes for our customers' selection and manufacture the selected designs for our customers).
