OSKVI is the venture capital and private equity company of main-board listed OSK Holdings Berhad ("OSKH"). The OSKVI Group consists of four companies. OSKVI is an investment holding company. Its wholly-owned subsidiaries OSK Venture Equities Sdn Bhd and OSK Technology Ventures Sdn Bhd are principally involved in venture capital business, including investing and incubating high technology and high growth companies while OSK Private Equity Management Sdn Bhd is principally involved in the management of investments in securities of venture companies. The OSKVI Group invests and incubates, amongst others, high technology and high growth companies in ICT, advanced manufacturing and biotechnology and life sciences industries. Since its inception, the Group has successfully nurtured four investee companies to IPO, namely Willowglen MSC Berhad, Infortech Alliance Berhad, Nova MSC Berhad and eBworx Berhad.
