Vimy Resources Limited, formerly Energy and Minerals Australia Limited, is an Australia-based junior uranium exploration company. The Company is a resource development company, which is engaged in the exploration and development of its tenement package and progression of development studies on the Mulga Rock project. The Company operates in the Exploration and Evaluation segment, in which its activities include the exploration on tenements in Western Australia and development study activities on the Mulga Rock project. The Company's Mulga Rock project is an undeveloped uranium resource, which is located 240 kilometers northeast of the Kalgoorlie-Boulder in Western Australia project. The Company has interest in approximately 16 tenements, two of which are mining leases and 14 are exploration licenses. The Company's subsidiaries include Narnoo Mining Pty Ltd, Camuco Pty Ltd and Gunbarrel Energy and Minerals Australia Pty Ltd.
