Kin Mining NL (Kin) is a resource company. The Company holds interests in six project areas, consisting of over 76 separate mineral tenements within the North-Eastern Goldfields Provence of Western Australia. Kin’s projects include the Desdemona Project located about 10 to 34 kilometers south of Leonora; the Iron King Group located about 45 kilometers north northwest of Leonora and about 14 kilometers northwest of St Barbara Ltd’s gold mine; the Murrin Murrin Project situated about 45 kilometers east of Leonora in the Mt Morgan’s District of the Mt Margaret Mineral Field; the Redcastle Project located about 64 kilometers east of Leonora within the Murrin Murrin district of the Mt Margaret Mineral Field of W.A.; the Mt Flora Gold-Nickel Project located about 45 kilometers northeast of Leonora, and the Randwick Gold Project located about 45 kilometers northeast of Leonora within the Malcolm District of the Mt Margaret Mineral Field.
