Code of Participation:
1. Only participants of the Finture Financial Bootcamp will be allowed to participate in the Finture Trading Simulation and be eligible for the prizes.
2. Participants that do not comply with the Finture Trading Simulation’s Code of Participation will be removed from the portfolio rankings. Finture’s organizing committee reserves the right to do so if necessary.
3. Participants are responsible for any opening or closing transactions entered into their portfolio. Any form of abuse, hacks or cheating is strongly prohibited. Those who breach the Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
4. The winners of the trading simulation have to agree with the InvestingNote verification procedures. Only transactions stored on the InvestingNote database will be recognized for the purposes of evaluating portfolio total equity.

Rules:
1. Each participant will begin with RM 100,000 virtual capital to invest in Bursa Malaysia. The participants will be given 10 trading days to build a simulated investment portfolio through trading predefined securities products listed on Bursa within the period.

2. Tradable securities are only Bursa listed stocks for the purpose of this tournament. Warrant trading is excluded from this competition. Additionally, participants cannot trade over the counter or “pink sheet” stocks since they are often priced incorrectly.
3. In the event that any securities products in the participant’s portfolio are suspended and halted at any point in time during the Campaign Period, the holdings of these securities will be calculated based on the last bid price offered by the market maker.

4. The trading hours of the challenge on trading days (Monday - Friday) are listed below:
• Bursa 1st session (9:00:30am - 12:29:30pm)
• Bursa 2nd session (2:30:30pm - 4.44:30pm)
5. The trading hours of the challenge have been adjusted for 30 seconds to cater for the pre-market open matching period.
6. Commission fee for transactions is RM8 or 0.1%, whichever is higher.

7. Only Market Orders can be placed – participants will have to monitor the market actively to buy and sell. No advanced order is allowed.
8. Trades can only be executed as a whole and will be denied if there is insufficient buying power to complete the entire order. In other words, only complete trades can be processed. There are no partial fills in this game.

9. Short selling of stocks is not permitted.
10. No margin account is allowed.

11. During the Campaign Period, a leaderboard showing the most updated results of participants will be shown. The leaderboard will be updated periodically.
12. During the Campaign period, the participants’ portfolios will be set to ‘public’ and will be visible to external visitors.

13. Only realized profits will be taken into account at the end of the campaign. In the case of open positions not closed out by the end of the Campaign, the last bid price offered by the market maker will be used to calculate the gain/loss.
14. Participants do not have to liquidate their portfolios at the end of Finture Trading Simulation. Winners will be determined based on the highest account balance/total return/profit at the end of the final transaction day.

1. What is Finture Trading Simulation?
- Finture Trading Simulation is part of Finture Financial Bootcamp, and is a trading simulation challenge organized by MADFIN Education and Technology alongside InvestingNote with the aim of providing an opportunity for Finture participants to prepare themselves for the real-world trading scenario.

2. What is the purpose of Finture Trading Simulation?
- To enhance the stock investment skill and knowledge of an individual, create awareness about the responsibilities of a stock investor, enhance analytical and decision-making skills, provide an opportunity to learn knowledge that is not covered in academic courses and help individuals that are interested in stock trading to get a better insight into it.

3. If I’m not a participant of Finture, can I participate in this event?
- Only Finture participants will be eligible to participate in this event.

4. Can I only participate in the financial bootcamp but not in the trading simulation?
- Yes, however, all participants of Finture are highly encouraged to participate in the trading simulation.

5. Can I participate if I have zero knowledge of the stock market?
- Yes, one of the objectives of Finture is to provide a platform for individuals to prepare themselves for activities in finance and investment. There are several workshops & forums that will be organized to prepare the participants for this.

6. What is the duration of the challenge?
- The challenge period will begin from 19th March 2022 (9.00 am MYT) till 2th April 2022 (5.00 pm MYT).

7. When is the registration deadline for this event?
- Registration will begin from 19th March 2022 (2.00 pm MYT) and close on 21st March 2022 (12.00 pm MYT).

8. Will this event be held physically or virtually?
- This event will be held completely virtually on the InvestingNote platform.

9. Do I participate in this event as an individual or as a group?
- Participants are required to participate as an individual.

10. Is there any real money involved in Finture Trading Simulation?
- No. All transactions executed by participants will only involve virtual money. Every participant will have RM100,000 in virtual money to begin with.
