Resonant Inc. is a development-stage company. The Company designs for radio frequency (RF), front-ends for the mobile device industry. The Company uses a fundamentally new technology that it calls Infinite Synthesized Networks (ISN), to configure resonators, the building blocks of RF filters. Filters are a critical component of the RF front-end. They are used to select desired radio frequency signals and reject unwanted signals. ISN is a technology for finding designs to previously intractable problems in RF filters. ISN is a systematic process that employs a suite of patented and circuit design methods and tools to create filters. The RF front-end is the circuitry in a mobile device responsible for analog signal processing and is located between the device's antenna and its digital baseband.
